NCCOMPETE is a competitive program designed by our expert NCFIT programming team to get you in a position to take your training to a competitive level.
NCCOMPETE pays homage to NCFIT’s rich history of success in the sport of fitness while paving the way for athletes looking to compete exclusively in online or local competitions. It is an effective and fun training blueprint that will help potential competitive athletes improve their overall performance.
Through NCCOMPETE, our target athletes will gain access to the specific tools they need to succeed in both online and local competitions. Each training day is designed to be completed in less than 90 minutes and includes three parts: Part A = Conditioning, Part B = GPP (NCMETCON), and Part C = Strength / Skill. By taking this three-pronged approach NCCOMPETE produces well-rounded and well-prepared athletes…ready to tackle competition at any time during the year. NCCOMPETE pairs seamlessly with NCMETCON making it extremely easy and effective when integrating into the gym.
