Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically created for you, for your current fitness level and ability to achieve the goals we set out with you. Our Coaches will assess your progress at each session to keep you on track and accountable. Personal Training also gives you the opportunity to discuss your training in more detail.
We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to achieve maximum results.
