The objective of our strength training is to push ourselves through a varied sequence of high impact movements that help us become better humans for our everyday lives. We believe strength training should serve the purpose of building essential muscle groups that will hold, protect and keep our bodies moving freely and without pain for a lifetime. 

Our strength programming is designed to build strength, increase muscle tone and improve conditioning through widely varied and challenging workouts. We work with a different body part each day always focusing on technique and mechanics for maximum impact.
